Our yoga retreats take place in the heart of a medieval village, Saint Jeannet, only half an hour away from Nice city center and the famous French Riviera. Through daily yoga/meditation practise, and outdoor/cultural activities, you will be able to reconnect to your body as much as to your soul. Every session is an opportunity to practise Mindfulness. Prices include all yoga and meditation sessions (twice a day) with qualified teachers, the accommodation with private bathroom (single or double occupancy), breakfasts and/or brunches, picnic lunches and some of the dinners (homemade, organic and local food), all daily activities, guided tours with a certified guide (entrances to museums and lunches at the restaurants are extra).
