This is such a gorgeous hostel! The facilities were clean and nice, and the showers were great! The beds and rooms were comfortable and the staff was amazing! They helped us so much with booking and transportation!

It was one of the best places I’ve stayed. The common area makes it easier to meet new people. They also promote social activities such as game night. The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful. Although I stayed in a mixed dorm, the bathroom area is separated, which gives the ladies more privacy while showering. The internet is very good for people that are working while travelling. The view from the living room is stunning. Even from my bed was amazing. I recommend staying here if you plan to visit Kota Kinabalu.

Located within 8.6 km of Borneo Convention Centre Kuching and 11 km of Sarawak Stadium, Swanling Kuching provides rooms with air conditioning and a shared bathroom in Kuching. Great location, very spacious. Hot water dispenser. Okay bathrooms. The staff warned me about the noise, as I stayed on Saturday night in the room by the street, but I slept well without earplugs and the noise wasn't that bad.

Capsule Inn is located in Kota Kinabalu, 4.7 km from North Borneo Railway and 6.4 km from Likas City Mosque. I booked a dorm with aircond. It’s clean and they provide you a very comfy comforter and towel. The hostel is clean and the staff were friendly. They have common kitchen and common area with a hot/cold water dispenser. The toilet is clean with strong water and heater. Importantly they provide you with breakfast.

Located in Kota Kinabalu, 400 metres from Filipino Market Sabah, Escape Backpackers KK provides air-conditioned rooms and a shared lounge. It was my greatest dormitory experience ! People were amazing. each day was different from the other one. It was really the big family feeling for me ! My stay was filled of laughs, stories and alcohol !!! Auntie Fay, Judith and Valerie were so kind, amazing and patient<3. Every other guest had something different to bring and to offer in every conversation. The hostel offers some good deals for activities. You will Got a lot of stuff to do : you will be able to get lost in the jungle, battle with a jellyfish under the water, get drunk with an old uncle , chasing sunsets in Kota Kinabalu with a japanese oppa and a crazy girl, sharing some chips with an old Yakuza member (haha he wasn't in Yakuza for real... Too bad) etc.... There is also one crazy cat and one lazy cat to pet. A lot of memories in a so little tiny time. I didn't want to go back. Kota Kinabalu forever in my heart because of theses amazing people.

Foresight Hotel is located in Tawau. At the hostel each room includes air conditioning, a desk, a balcony with a city view, a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, bed linen and towels. Comfort beds. Also the it has two rooms which are quiet spacious. Near to restaurants, cafes and even stores. Will come again with family! Highly recommended. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Miniinn Guest House features free WiFi throughout the property and rooms with air conditioning in Bandar Seri Begawan. Nice location close to shopping mall and restaurants, very lively and safe. Clean and cozy. The owner is a very kind woman, she even drove us to a place where no bus was going. She and the daughter are very good hosts. We enjoyed our stay!
