The owner and Bilal make a good stay. No hassle, good information, always available, but (!) not in your space. Hoppa is a very good, very cute, extremely friendly and comfortable place. 5 or 6 decent rooms with airconditioning, a really good and clean pool and a kitchen with all you need (fridge, stove, kitchen stuff) to make your own breakfast or otherwise. The good feel of old hippy times, but with 5 star facilities. Excellent warm showers! On the south end of Luxor, under ten minutes by taxi (50-100 EGP) in a quiet mosk free area with a square where local kids play later in the day. Easy to mix up with them.

This lovely hotel is located in the best part of the city for touristic visits; with a room and balconies facing the Sphinx road connecting Luxor and Karnak Temples, it’s 3 minutes walking distance to the Nile River, Luxor Museum, as well as to the Luxor Temple. Taxis and horse carriages are always available at the end of the street, as well as the ferry and sailboat ports that are all 3 to 5 minutes walk from the hotel. And you can walk to Karnak Museum in 25 minutes. The place is very clean, lovely and cozy with a simple and nice decoration. The breakfasts that Mrs. Adel prepares are amazing, and makes you more than full for the day long, with his little boy Muhammed they make your day sunny with a full smile. Mohaz is helpful with everything you need, and off course, Mr. Omar, the manager of the place is a beautiful kind person with the best English that you may find around and he is eager to arrange your travel needs in minutes. As if it’s all is not enough, there is also a beautiful restaurant downstairs 😊. What else you can expect from a small hotel in Luxor?

This is a good option if you'd like to stay at a quiet place on the West Bank. The family is very kind, and your tourist money will make a direct impact. You'll be close enough to walk to several tombs/monuments, a longish walk but doable. The rooms are comfortable, family will prepare any meals you like.

Sweet Hostel Luxor is a an extremely pleasant place to stay ...The owner Abdul is so friendly and helpful in everything..from booking in to checking out ...and so are all the staff.. They offer well priced affordable tours and provide professional guides . The breakfast is very tasty with variety and always available ,,,even if after you came from a tour and missed breakfast ,you are still welcome to have it 😃.....24hr free wifi..great 👍 Nice air-conditioned rooms and always hot water It's well located ,close to all shops and main attractions in Luxor .. It's is absolutely great value for money to stay here and you really get the feeling and spirit and feeling and living the beautiful culture and way of living of Egypty. I highly recommend this hostel ,,
