He was there to help us with whatever we needed. Organized a transfer from the port to the hotel (even if we asked for it at the very last minute), waited for us at the reception even after it had closed and kindly helped us with our suitcases. Thank you very much, Yan and your family, for all your details and for creating this spectacular place... 100% recommended.

Everything was wonderful, from the nice ANNA to the charm of the old town. He was pleasantly surprised by the new furniture, the equipment in the bar and the tasteful decoration. Conveniently located in the Oia Caldera district of Oia, Luxus VIP Suites is set 1.3 km from Katharos Beach, 15 km from Archaeological Museum of Thera and 23 km from Santorini Port. The rooms were clean & comfortable, in a good location, served a great breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful and accomodating and allowed us to check in early at like 12 nn. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again.
