He made sure we had everything that we needed and responded quickly to any questions we had. He also left helpful notes in the cottage of things that we might like to do on the island, which turned out to be great suggestions!

The dog friendly layout and fence were amazing. The elevator was nice to have. Having 2 decks was my favorite part. The beach was very clean (minus jellyfish, but it's the season for them) and not crowded. All in all, it was a lovely trip and we hope to come back!

This house is the perfect size and location. The screened in porch with swing was very relaxing. The walk from the house to the beach was a perfect distance and a great way to watch the sunset on the boardwalk.
