Room was excellent- clean and spacious, with very comfy beds. The highlight however was the staff! The nicest people, extremely helpful and kind, always smiling, especially Lena who was on reception. She greeted us with a smile and helped with my unlimited number of questions!

Located in Zieleniec, 10 km from Duszniki Zdrój, Orlicka Skała provides a restaurant and free WiFi. Every experience in the hotel restaurant was amazing. Rich breakfast and very tasty dinners. The hotel is also equipped with a nice place for children to play. Most of the toys were functional and battery-powered. (That usually doesn't happen much). In addition, the hotel has a very nice indoor and clean swimming pool, where the sun shines pleasantly in the afternoon. Wifi signal was good enough to allow us to monitor our sleeping baby with video. (It's sometimes a problem even in a 5-star hotel.)

Set in Duszniki Zdrój in the Lower Silesia Region, a few steps from ski chair lift, Alpejski Zieleniec features ski-to-door access and a ski and snowboard school. Breakfast and dinner included in the stay that was a nice surprise. The hotel offers half board which is great and convenient. The staff let my mum into the room and helped her. Great clean rooms. Kettle in the room with teas although better selection of teas and complimentary water would have been appreciated.
