The hotel and the room was really cosy. the beds and the pillows were really comfortable and that is the most important part of any holiday. The staff and the concierge was also really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. And was really pleased with the fact that the hotel provides free coffee, tea and snacks at the lobby 24-7. And there’s also a pool table, foosball and a pinball machine to entertain you should you not be able to sleep. There’s a convenience stall (Circle K) two doors away and a pharmacy just across the road. Super convenient

The hotel is located in North Dago, alongside the main street, although its located in the busy street area, the hotel designed to be very secluded and provide a sanctuary like environment, the flora around the hotel is very well maintained and very well placed creating a cozy cold atmosphere, The room is spacious and cozy well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff is very helpfull and very attentive to our every need, while checking in, the front desk also offered to care for the kids by walking them around the hotel compound, they also entertain our kids after breakfast by bringing them to the rabbit area, fish pond and horse area. Centrally located in Bandung City, Courtyard by Marriott Bandung Dago is just 650 metres from shopping at Kartika Sari Dago and Jalan Riau. This hotel is the best. Everyone from the desk checking in, starting from Ms.Arini she is very helpful, she gives a 110% customer service and housekeeping is making sure that our room is clean everyday and very tidy and they provided us all items we need in the room , towels and hand towels ,Mr. Winato and Mr. Gunawan from security are very attentive and professional.From the dining room, Mr.Inan and Mr. Mulus we’re very generous offering us great service and the ladies checking us in the dining room we’re very gracious and all staff member were so courteous. I will highly recommend this wonderful hotel. It should be rated 5 star instead of 4.!!!

I got the best room ever! It was spacious, the AC was cold, the hot water was running smoothly, & the garden was BEAUTIFUL. The staff were very kind, polite, and dedicated event though they were so busy! I always stay at House Sangkuriang hotel whenever I travel to Bandung, & booking Siliwangi Room was the best decision ❤️
