Villa is very nicely decorated, cleaned, beautiful view and the pool is fantastic! Service was si good, Sabrina and the owner of the Villa was so helpful with everything what we needed. Definitely to recommend and to come back!

Absolutely Everything!! Paulette our host was more than superb. Nhema attended to our every desire. We cannot rate this villa highly enough. We stayed over Christmas as all the reviews said the food was amazing, and we can only say it was way beyond our expectations!! We celebrated with a performance from the masai and then the most wonderful 5 course Christmas Dinner that we will never forget. Company and food was just so special. Our rooms were so tastefully decorated and had everything that you may have forgotten to pack. Hotel was always spotless. Staff were so polite and efficient. Swimming pool was perfect too as the beach can get busy. All l can say is that if you are looking to stay here, you will leave with happy memories and a promise to come back. Jambiani Villas is located in Jambiani on three properties 400 m away from each other: Kaskazi, Katikati and Kusini. The Villa is family friendly, clean and neat , having almost an entire kitchen is amazing..can accommodate all family needs perfectly. The entire hotel staff are super helpful and very easy to communicate with. A very relaxed place as they say in zanzibar "pole pole". Would highly recommend to families with kids for a short stay, has excellent swimming pool also..

Located in Jambiani, Amka Villa Issa House features a restaurant and direct beach access. The large terrace offers Indian Ocean views and there is free WiFi throughout the property. All was super, nice and helpfull in all way. We will return. ♥️

Featuring a private beach area and views of sea, RoRi Private Luxury Villas is a recently renovated villa located in Bwejuu, a few steps from Bwejuu Beach. We liked the cleanliness and layout of this large and well appointed villa. It was comfortable for two couples. There is plenty of room both inside and outside to relax and spread out. The host Rodrigo was responsive and friendly and willing to accommodate our late checkout request. The pool was refreshing and the breakfasts were excellent. You can walk the beach for miles. The villa was private and easy walking distance to restaurants. Good references for taxis and tours. There is a nearby small store to change money.

Comprising pool with a view and a garden, Villa Kikadini is a recently renovated accommodation in Jambiani located close to Jambiani Beach. We liked everything! Assante Sana! It was my first time in Africa/Tansania and I was a bit nervous at first how the property will be but the moment we arrived we all felt simply wonderful in this villa, decorated with lots of love. The Pool was the Best of All! We enjoyed our chit chats at sunsets or the first morning plunge before we had coffee at the specialis terrasse. The staff welcomed us with so much kindness! I felt a bit like in Bali, Indonesia where I used to live in a similar house. Make sure you are aware of electricity issues of the country. The extremely nice, friendly and easy to communicate owner Klaudia got all under control :)

The breakfast was ok. There is a sports bar/restaraunt directly across the street with great food though. Many option to choose from. The villa was gorgeous and clean. The community pool was lovely as well. The host is very accomadating and super kind.
