Location is awesome. We were lucky to be able to stay in one of the two separate cabins and we were extremely lucky with the weather so that we could enjoy memorable sunsets just right in front of the Kirkjufell . In my opinion the place is way much better from what you see in the photos. So if spending a couple of days in the Snaefellness peninsula consider Sudur as your best option.

I don't know where to put the feedback but the villa is very comfortable, perfectly equipped, in a unique and wonderful location, as if it were a postcard. We felt at home. nearby there are supermarkets and typical and fantastic restaurants and cafes. a magical place that reconciles you with the world and makes you thank Mother Nature more and more because she allows us to live on this earth. grundarfiordur is on a peninsula that encompasses all of Iceland and its beauties, its immensity, its power which is the power of Mother Nature and the Universe. And what about the Northern Lights? we stayed 5 nights for 5 nights the Aurora Borealis graced us with its presence. The emotion you feel in feeling surrounded by such great magic is indescribable. We visited many places in 5 days and upon returning home to Grundarfiordur OceanFront welcomed us in a relaxing atmosphere of quiet and peace. Thank you. Heartily recommended Consuelo Bergamo Italy
