Almost everything was equal or better than expected. We had read the other glowing reviews before booking, but the breakfast is really exceptional. Cleanliness and comfort was perfect. The house was amazing and was stocked with everything, especially the kitchen! Beauty everywhere. The master bedroom bed was beyond comfortable, and the views were amazing!! Love living on the water, hearing the waves, and watching the tides. The deck across the back of the house was incredible.

The location of the Villa is superb with stunning views over the bay. The whole house is warm and welcoming and our room was spacious, well furnished, with a massive, comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious too. The freshly baked White Chocolate and Raspberry Muffins for breakfast were "to die for", and there was fruit and yoghurt too, and plenty of tea & coffee......although, you could probably have anything you asked for. Our hosts, Christie & Sterling are amazing people, and nothing is too much trouble.........we had the perfect last night on Vancouver Island, and won't hesitate to recommend By The Bay Lavender Villa to absolutely everyone!

Property is located directly on the water, extremely clean and Sue is very accommodating and dedicated to her guest. I arrived not knowing the area very well and she went above and beyond for me even picked up groceries since I hadn’t rented a vehicle and was unable to get a taxi. Thank you Sue.

Pat and Benjamin are very welcoming and such friendly hosts! We spent Christmas with our family and we were very grateful to have had a home for us to gather and make great memories. Its a great location, quiet neighbourhood with the most beautiful trail behind the house. The house is gorgeous and very clean, the beds were so comfy and the kitchen was awesome. Their sweet dog Ivy was very entertaining!! The back yard was perfect for our little dog where she enjoyed exploring. Definitely recommend this home, we have no complaints and only good things to say about our stay and the hosts. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday! Happy New Year!!!
