My stay in Simpson Bay was fantastic in a word. The location right on the beach is amazing, and the apartment was delightful, equipped with all conveniences. The view was breathtaking, truly something you need to experience for yourself to believe. The owners are incredibly friendly people and very helpful; they really went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Everything was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like it was promised on the website. This stay is definitely recommended for anyone who wants to have an unforgettable time.

Beds and pillows were so comfortable; the views over the bay were gorgeous! The apartment had all essentials and more including robes and slippers to wear after a day in the sun. The little touches from qtips, ice packs, beach bags and more were perfect for our traveling family!

Great position with perfectly located deck and viewing terrace overlooking the SXM runway at the spool-up/touchdown position. Simple, older style apartments have all you need including a/c and reliable wifi. Short walking distance to both Maho Beach and Simpson’s Bay, so lively buzz or beautiful tranquility are both on your doorstep. Very user-friendly. Parking available on site.

Owner of convenience store very friendly Parking: parking is normal despite of many reviews; 5 min walk to property depends on where you stay Comfort: mattress is great, AC works good and quiet. Shower is good.
